The staff was great and amiable from check-in to check-out.

The room was attractive and tidy, there were a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave, quite useful. Could prepare the meal myself - kitchen was available. All the staff were very amicable.

The location is particularly good and lovely near cascades shopping centre, England, and the mall, and the rooms are attractive. There are hypoallergenic pillows, the beds are very clean. There's private bathroom, as for me it was clean. For a cup of coffee visit café Gazelle Dates, located 100 metres from the apartment.

Everything was perfectly fine here, loved it.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, just off the Southsea seafront. I was within walking distance of everything I needed, including the Portsmouth Museum, train station, Cascades Shopping Centre, Gunwharf Quays, and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment. As a new mother traveling from Australia, it was important for me to have a spacious and comfortable place to stay, and this apartment exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the attractions of Old Portsmouth and Southsea on foot. the owners were also incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all my questions. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The location of Horseshoe Apartments is fantastic, right by the seaside and city center. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The city view from the windows was great. It was easy to access Pie and Vinyl, just a 5-minute walk away.
